Welcome to Walton Youth Running Club
The Walton Youth Running Club is a track and field and cross country running club for girls and boys in elementary, middle, and high school. We aim to help kids become lifelong runners!
Our club is designed to introduce kids of all abilities to sprint and distance running and field events by providing an experience that is fun, social, educational, and competitive. We participate in USATF sanctioned meets. Walton Youth Running Club athletes have competed in and won select championships at the Area, State, Region and National levels.
Our club has two seasons: Track & Field in the spring and Cross Country in the fall. The Walton Youth Running Club is largely comprised of students who are zoned to attend Walton High School, but athletes do not have to attend a feeder school to participate. The success of our program is due to the dedication of our athletes, the commitment of our volunteer coaches and the strong participation of our helpful parent volunteers.
Our Goals
To provide a safe environment where athletes can develop and grow.
To improve the physical and mental capacities of our athletes.
To build lifelong runners!!
